Computer Education
Computer Education has become a regular part of the curriculum at HHPS. All classes receive weekly specialist tutition in computing. Skills that are taught to students include word processing, use of the internet, spreadsheets, multimedia and animation, digital imaging, file management and web design.
All the school's computers are networked and students also have facilities to use colour printers, scanners, digital projectors, cameras and web cameras.
In 2007 Hornsby Heights were the state winners of the NSW Department of Education Web Design competiton.
